Justin Whittaker formed Whittaker Law in 2020.  Prior to forming Whittaker Law, LLC, he practiced at Hemmer DeFrank Wessels, PLLC and Parry Deering Futscher & Sparks PSC, both based in Northern Kentucky.

He earned his Juris Doctor at the State University at Buffalo Law School and his Bachelor of Fine Arts at Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.

​

Prior to practicing law, he worked in the film and television industry.

​

He lives in Over-the-Rhine with his French Bulldogs, Ramona and Leeroy.
